Human resources (HR) teams are responsible for the hiring and development of its most valuable assets – its people. Our human resource management training courses help delegates to gain the skills and knowledge to build up teams and drive growth in governments and organisations.
It’s essential that HR staff have the skills to deliver results on recruitment, retention, talent management, succession planning and staff training. It’s also key that HR planning strongly supports the strategic direction of the organisation and that senior management and leadership boards understand the vital role it plays in the success of the business.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) is essential to create and maintain a successful workplace; one founded on the principle that all people can thrive personally and professionally. Our programmes in HR will be viewed through the lens of DEI, focussing on this issue to enable delegates to develop their skills and behaviours as a modern HR professional.
So, whether you’re looking to recruit new staff to your business, develop the skills of your existing workforce or design an HR strategy, we’ve got a course for you.
