Twitter Various cookies used by Social media site Twitter. K cookie is used to store the users IP address and is destroyed one week after creation. Guest_id is used to identify the user, if logged in to Twitter it will store the username, if not a unique key will be generated. Destroyed two years after creation. Original referrer contains information regarding the website the user came from.

We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

INFORMATION WHICH YOU PROVIDE US TO STAY IN TOUCH WITH YOU

This is information that you provide by filling in forms on our site, such as name and email address. The forms on our site are a general newsletter sign up, training course booking form and our procurement supplier registration form. These forms request that you opt-in to receiving information from us specific to what you are interested in. For example, if you opt-in to our general newsletter, we will not send you training course information unless you have opted in to receiving this information as well.

The information we request for this sign-up form will only be used to send you a monthly newsletter.

The legal basis for processing this information is data subject (your) consent (as described in this Privacy Statement) and the data we collect falls under the ‘legitimate interest’ of marketing communications.

Finally, if you contact us directly, we may keep a record of that correspondence to demonstrate our compliance with the GDPR. For example, if you get in touch and ask us to update your details, we will make a note of your request and the date on which you data was updated. If you get in touch and request to be ‘forgotten’, (deleted), we will deactivate you as a contact, and make note of the date this was requested and completed.

Our training course sign-up form is governed by the terms and conditions we operate for running our training courses.

WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access, such as using secure online programmes. These systems are MailChimp, Dotmailer for email marketing, Microsoft Dynamics CRM for data management and Sitefinity as a content management system (CMS).

We will never lease or sell your personal information to third parties. We will never distribute personal information to third parties unless we have your consent or the law requires us to or in order to enforce or apply our terms and conditions (see below).
