We take employee voices very seriously and encourage a culture which allows people to speak up with any concerns they have.

We promote a workplace where our staff feel safe, included and trust that they will be supported in doing the right thing.

Our reporting and whistleblowing mechanism

We operate a fully confidential independent whistleblowing mechanism, whereby any concerns regarding unethical, corrupt or unlawful behaviour can be reported upon by any member of staff or stakeholder.

Concerns can be raised through our independent confidential external provider See Hear Speak Up by emailing report@seehearspeakup.co.uk or by contacting the Business Integrity Unit directly.

Crown Agents will always assure that any concern is addressed with the upmost seriousness and discretion.
