Partnership for Learning for All (PLANE) aims to provide an inclusive and effective education system in Nigeria. This will improve learning outcomes for students in their pre-primary and primary years. It seeks to do this through improvements in teaching and learning for foundational skills. The project also works to unlock governance blockages to provide better education service delivery, and embedding the use of data and evidence within the education system.

Crown Agents is providing value for money procurement services to support DAI Global UK and their sub-contractor partners in delivering the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office’s funded education programme.

For the academic calendar year of 2022/2023, Crown Agents procured:

• 900,000+ pupil’s books
• 27,000+ teacher guides
• 6400+ sets of 15 posters

Through bespoke agency procurement services, Crown Agents ensured that all goods were successfully printed, packed, labelled and delivered to a designated location within Abuja city, to be used by over 2,000 schools within the Kano, Kaduna and Jigawa states.
