Crown Agents has several long-term training partnerships with organisations
worldwide. We are proud to have such a partnership with the Parliament of Ghana, for which, in the past five years, we have delivered several customised training programmes both internationally and in country.

THE PARTNERSHIP
Since 2018, Crown Agents has supported the Parliament of Ghana with capacity development, with many staff attending our open scheduled programmes and customised training deliveries. We have delivered several in-country training programmes in Accra, which has enabled us to deliver at scale.

Since 2020, Crown Agents has delivered the following customised training to staff in Accra:
• Organisation Design and Development
• Agile Leadership and Management
• Strategic Change Management
• Governance, Risk and Compliance Management and Integrated Assurance

In addition, in September 2021, the Parliament of Ghana engaged Crown Agents to deliver a highly contextualised international training course for six members of the Parliamentary Service Board and six supporting officials. The aim of the training was to enhance the effectiveness of the Board and equip members with the skills to work more constructively together to meet the PSB’s mandate and deliver the expectations of its key stakeholders.
