Supporting the global fight against HIV/AIDS

We are providing oversight services in financial and supply management, procurement and health programmes for over £175 million of the Global Fund project to fight HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria in Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan. Our role is as the local fund agents (LFA) for the Global Fund.

Ensuring funds to tackle disease are well used

We undertake assessments to ensure that potential grant recipients have adequate financial management, procurement, supply chain and programme management capacity, and that appropriate accountability systems are in place prior to the disbursement of funds.

Conducting proper evaluations

During programme implementation, we ensure that appropriate monitoring and evaluation processes are in place and measure performance against agreed benchmarks and performance indicators.

“The Global Fund is one of the best and kindest things people have ever done for one another. It is a fantastic vehicle for scaling up the treatments and preventive tools we have today – to make sure they reach the people who need them.”
