Talent Acquisition Manager
Chris previously worked for Oxford Policy Management where he was the Recruitment Manager covering permanent and project recruitment and was also the HR Business Partner for Governance and Social Policy programmes.
Chris originally trained as an Occupational Psychologist but moved into more mainstream HR with Senior Talent roles at Sony and Gartner.
As his career progressed, he realised he wanted to “put something back” and latterly he worked in the NHS in London at Imperial NHS Healthcare trust before moving to OPM.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys cricket, skiing and traveling with his German wife and family.
