A report by health economist David Tordrup has shown that Crown Agents procurement cut the average price of medical supplies by 18% in Ukraine in 2015-16.
Crown Agents CEO Fergus Drake and Director of Supply Chain Bryan Richmond met with Acting Minister of Health Ulana Suprun in Kyiv to present the report highlighting the impact of our public health procurement reform in Ukraine.
The report evaluates procurement prices in Ukraine across 12 programmes we delivered in 2015-16, and was also produced by Dan Rosen and Triangulate Health Ltd.
This is the third year of our partnership with the Ministry of Health. Crown Agents’ procurement expertise is supporting wide-ranging reforms to improve the quality of health services to Ukrainian citizens.
