Delivering life-saving medicine and supplies

Crown Agents USA was a key partner of the predecessor programme, Supply Chain Management System (SCMS). As a subcontractor to Chemonics for GHSC-PSM, Crown Agents USA provides one position, the Deputy Global Supply Chain Director. GHSC-PSM project’s mission is to ensure the supply of quality essential medicines and other products to people impacted by HIV/AIDS.

Additionally, the global health supply chain programme promotes sustainable supply in partner countries in collaboration with other U.S. agencies and stakeholders, while also training local staff in supply chain management to strengthen countries’ capacities to one day manage their own supply chains.

Our approach

• Global commodity procurement and logistics, including health commodity procurement, logistics, health commodity quality assurance, and data visibility
• Systems strengthening technical assistance, including strategic planning, in-country logistics, capacity building, and enabling environments
• Global collaboration to improve long-term availability of health commodities, including global strategic engagement, global market dynamics, advocacy, and global coordination
