PROCUREMENT NOTICE for MEDICINES AND MEDICAL DEVICES FOR BUDGET FUNDS IN 2016 UNDER THE BUDGET PROGRAM 2301400 “ENSURING MEDICAL MEASURES FOR CERTAIN NATIONAL PROGRAMS AND COMPREHENSIVE MEASURES ACCORDING TO PLAN”

Crown Agents Ltd has been appointed by the Ministry of Health, Ukraine to undertake the procurement, delivery and
distribution of products required for the following programs:

Programme IV: Centralized procurement of medications and medical products for the development of blood donation and
its components

Programme XIX: Centralized procurement of medicines and medical products for healthcare institutions for treatment of
patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; which includes:

1. Medicines
2. Electrophysiology and Cardio Stimulation
3. Oxygenators and Cardiac Valves
4. Medical devices for Neurosurgical Treatment
5. Medical products for Coronary Artery Stenting
6. Cardiac Interventions (Other)

Programme XX: Centralized procurement of consumables for peritoneal dialysis

Programme XXI: Centralized procurement of endoprostheses and sets of implantation instruments

Programme XXIII: Centralized procurement of consumables to determine the glucose level in the blood, glycosylated
haemoglobin

Programme XXIV: Centralized procurement of medicines for patients with viral Hepatitis B and C

Programme XXVI: Centralized procurement of test-systems for HIV diagnostics, ART follow-up and monitoring patients for HIV infection progression, determination of HIV resistance to antiviral drugs, conducting reference studies

Programme XXVII: Reproductive health – Centralized procurement of contraceptives for women with serious diseases

Programme XXVIII: Reproductive health – Centralized procurement of medicines for emergency medical care in case of
bleeding

Programme XXIX: Reproductive health – Centralized procurement of medicines for treatment of neonatal respiratory
distress syndrome

Programme XXXIII: Centralized procurement of medicines and consumables for paediatric dialysis

Programme XXXVII: Centralized procurement of medicines for substitution therapy

Crown Agents requests Expressions of Interest from Manufacturers, Suppliers and Distributors of these products that are registered (or are in the process of being registered) for use in Ukraine in accordance with Ukrainian legislation regulating the circulation of medicines and medical devices; including.

– Technical Regulation for Medical Devices, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 753,
dated 2 October 2013,
– Technical Regulation for in vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of
Ukraine No. 754, dated 2 October 2013, and
– Technical Regulation for Active Implantable Medical Devices, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of
Ukraine No. 755, dated 2 October 2013 (the “Technical Regulations”).

Invitations to Bid (ITB) for each program will be release as they are ready. Target for completion of ITB issue is mid-February. Bidding period will be four weeks.

All ITBs and any follow-up/clarification notices will be published on Crown Agents’ official website.

Interested Manufacturers, Suppliers and Distributors should complete the supplier registration form found to the right of this page.

The invitation to bid has a requirement that all bidders complete the Crown Agents Business Partners Questionnaire.
