Non-Project Grant Aid (NPGA)

The government of the Republic of Madagascar has received a grant of 300,000,000 yen from the government of Japan to finance the purchase of materials and goods for public sector bodies.

Items expected to be purchased include:

• Electrical Equipment
• Various Processing Machineries
• Reinforcing Bar

Bidders shall not be debarred by the Government of Japan and/or by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) from participating in bidding exercises.

The eligible source countries are all countries except for the Republic of Madagascar. However, suppliers from the Republic of Madagascar are also eligible on the condition they import the goods into the Republic of Madagascar during the duration of the grant.

It is a prerequisite for all companies wishing to participate in the bid invitations that they must register their interest by completing the supplier registration form from the ‘REGISTER’ button located at this page.
