Scope of Services:	The Fiscal Agent shall act on behalf of LMDA to provide a broad range of financial management services, in order to implement certain activities funded by the Millennium Challenge Corporation, pursuant to an agreement between the United States of America, acting through MCC, and the Kingdom of Lesotho.
