Penny is a business development, training and communications professional, with more than 25 years’ experience delivering successful projects worldwide.
She has worked for Crown Agents since 2016. Prior to her appointment as Head of Crown Agents’ Training and Professional Development division in 2018, Penny was head of Product Development and Marketing. Before her current career in the international development sector, Penny worked for several years as a Conference Director, creating large-scale global conferences. She has extensive experience of managing multi-discipline international teams and developing high-level partnerships and has worked in the UK, S.E Asia and Australia. Penny’s prior work experience also includes PR, where she account managed major brands including Ford and Pepsi, and as a freelance journalist.
Penny has a BA in English Literature from the University of York, UK. In her spare time, Penny enjoys travel and working on film projects.
