Pablo Torres is senior manager of international climate change and energy programs, with management, technical, capacity building, and business development skills. He brings broad technical knowledge in low carbon climate resilient development and finance, including clean energy, sustainable landscapes, and climate change adaptation. He recently concluded six years leading the $20 million, 33 country USAID Climate Economic Analysis for Development, Investment, and Resilience (CEADIR) project. His experience spans working with USAID, multilateral development banks, the Climate Investment Funds, and policy think thanks. He is fluent in Spanish, French, and English.
