Elinor has been with Crown Agents for over 20 years and her work has supported the strengthening of procurement systems in various countries including Zimbabwe, Uganda, Tanzania, Ghana, Malawi and Afghanistan. Most recently, she has been supporting comprehensive reforms in Zimbabwe, comprising legal and institutional reforms, capacity building and preparations for the introduction of e-procurement.

A member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply, Elinor is familiar with a wide range of national and international procurement regimes. She has strong experience in the assessment and strengthening of procurement systems as well as programme procurement, project management and bid writing.

In her spare time, Elinor enjoys running, cycling and swimming and sometimes even manages to put these together to complete a triathlon.
