Dr Polly Gillingham is Crown Agents’ Chief Business Development Officer with responsibility for the Commercial Development Office (CDO) and Supply Chain Cluster.

Polly has 25 years’ experience working for commercial suppliers in the international development sector. For the last decade, her focus was on business development. During her time with DAI Global UK she has recruited, built and managed diverse and geographically dispersed teams based both in head office and across the Global South.

She is particularly well known for empowering those in her team to innovate and grow. Over her career she has worked with a broad range of clients and sectors including climate, environment, infrastructure, economic growth, trade and investment, energy, governance, health and education.
