Adam transitioned from the commercial to the charity sector in 2007, after a decade working in telecoms, digital media and legal publishing.

He worked at Crisis for over a decade, delivering significant corporate partnerships and building philanthropy into a sector leading programme that brought in over £10m to help people put homelessness behind them for good. He has subsequently worked at Director level for organisations such as MediCinema and Fight for Peace, diversifying and boosting their income streams and delivering new partnerships and talent relationships throughout the pandemic.

He has studied Wing Chun Kung Fu for over 20 years, teaching self-defence classes locally and volunteering to teach vulnerable people.

Adam loves cinema, live music, reading, travelling and spending time with his family.
