He has extensive expertise in the areas of business development, product development and client relationship management, gaining in-depth market knowledge through his travels to countries including Botswana, Ghana, India, Kenya, Malaysia, Nigeria, Rwanda, Tanzania and Uganda.

In his spare time, Aarron enjoys travelling, sports and supporting Tottenham Hotspurs FC.
