Keith is Crown Agent’s Director of Philanthropy and Private Sector Engagement.

Most recently as Head of Africa Philanthropy at Save the Children UK, Keith created a philanthropic programme that directly connects with African donors – the first of its kind for any international charity. He has revolutionised African philanthropy and raised more than £12 million in just 24 months at Save the Children.

Keith has more than twenty years of social impact and fundraising experience in the UK, Europe and internationally. He is a leading global philanthropy and wealth expert who has raised more than £30 million in donations for socially focused causes across Africa, Europe and internationally. He is a thought leadership trendsetter, with numerous speaking appearances at such gatherings as the World Economic Forum in Davos and the United Nations General Assembly in New York City, and as a commentator on CNN regarding the impact of COVID-19 on African development.

Keith is a British Ugandan lawyer, having studied his first law degree at Makerere University followed by a master’s degree at the London School of Economics. He provided legal aid at FIDA(U), Uganda’s largest legal aid clinic and served as Director of the Uganda Law Society. In the United Kingdom, Keith held several leadership positions at leading charities such as Ark Schools, which provides education to disadvantaged children; Tommy’s, the pregnancy charity; and JUSTICE, a renowned legal membership charity.
