- The alumni initiative is applicable to delegates who have attended Crown Agents’ open scheduled courses since 2013. Please note that we reserve the right to make an exception.
- Delegates are only eligible for the benefits applicable to their level, i.e. Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum, as the scheme is based on the number of courses delegates have attended since 2013
- It is the delegate’s responsibility to inform us of any changes to their current contact details to enable accurate future communication
- We reserve the right to make changes to the Alumni Benefits Programme and to its Terms and Conditions without giving prior notice
