PROCUREMENT NOTICE for
MEDICINES AND MEDICAL DEVICES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RESOLUTIONS OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE “ON AMENDING OF THE LIST OF MEDICINES AND MEDICAL DEVICES TO BE PROCURED UNDER PROCUREMENT AGREEMENTS WITH THE SPECIALIZED ORGANIZATIONS WHICH CONDUCT PROCUREMENT UNDER THE DIRECTIONS OF STATE FUNDS ALLOCATIONS FOR 2018 UNDER THE PROGRAM “ON SUPPORT OF HEALTHCARE MEASURES UNDER SEPARATE STATE PROGRAMS AND COMPLEX MEASURES OF THE PROGRAM NATURE” DATED 20TH JUNE 2018 N°520, DATED 4TH JULY 2018 N° 530 AND DATED 4TH JULY 2018 N°534.

Crown Agents Ltd has been appointed by the Ministry of Health, Ukraine to undertake the procurement, delivery and distribution of products required for the following programs:

Program VI: Procurement of medicines for substitution therapy;

Program VII: Procurement of test systems for HIV diagnostics, ART follow-up and monitoring patients for HIV infection progression, determination of HIV resistance to antiviral drugs, conducting reference studies;

Program X: Procurement of medications and medical products for the development of blood donation and its components;

Program XXV: Procurement of medicines for treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome;

Program XXXI: Procurement of medicines and medical devices for healthcare institutions to provide treatment for patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases;

Program XXXIX: Procurement of endoprostheses and sets of implantation instruments.

Crown Agents requests that Manufacturers, Suppliers and Distributors of the products for these programmes who did not register and/or bid for the 2017 programmes to register their interest immediately.

The procurement processes will start week commencing from 6th August 2018 with 1-3 weeks bidding periods.

Interested Manufacturers, Suppliers and Distributors should complete the supplier registration form found to the right of this page.

Registration will remain open until the ITB/RFQ is issued.

The procurement processes require that all bidders complete the Crown Agents Business Partners Questionnaire.
