Nayomi has experience working with NGOs, trusts and social enterprises, with her first role being in Sri Lanka as Advocacy Manager for the Consortium of Humanitarian Agencies. She has extensive experience in post-natural disaster and conflict response. During this time, she designed and delivered a large-scale aid accountability programme in Sri Lanka for six years.
Nayomi’s interest in civil society, government engagement, inter-agency coordination, voice and accountability, gender and impact investment in development led her to work with several reputable organisations like Save the Children and British Asian Trust before joining Crown Agents.
In her spare time, Nayomi pursues her painting and interest in the arts, nature and travelling.
