Loise heads up the Crown Agents office in Nairobi, leading in all areas of operations, programme delivery, business development and human resources. Following a successful career in corporate marketing, Loise has been working in international development for over 14 years. She is motivated by the sheer joy of seeing the impact of her work on communities, countries, and societies. In her current role, she plans to grow the impact of Crown Agents work in Kenya by ensuring that the solutions delivered are deeply grounded in the national and local context and are aligned and supportive of country’s needs and development agenda.

Loise has a Bachelor of Commerce degree and an MBA from the University of Nairobi, Kenya. In her free time she likes to be with her family and enjoys the occasional nature walk.
