Through working with the Teacher Education Division (TED) of the Ministry of Education in Ghana, Crown Agents has procured and transported desktop computers, laptops and accessories to 38 colleges. Our effective supply chain planning has enabled Crown Agents to accrue savings of more than £36,000, which are being used to fund three extra computers for each allocated college.
In assigning a central collection point for colleges to receive their IT equipment, transportation costs have been reduced by up to 40%. Crown Agents have involved the TED in every stage of the procurement process to ensure greatest value for money whilst delivering results.
