Crown Agents training Course Fees:
The course fees for Crown Agents training courses cover the cost of:
- tuition
- training materials (on memory stick and some hard copy)
- lunch and refreshments on training days
- certificate of attendance and course photograph
- support and advice from your local Crown Agents' office on the application and mobilisation process where necessary
- qualification registration and professional membership fees (where applicable)
Tax:
Fees for our UK training courses are quoted exclusive of UK Value Added Tax which is applied at the standard rate to all non-exempt bodies as determined by UK HM Revenue & Customs.
Fees for training courses outside the UK are quoted exclusive of local taxes.
Payment:
Crown Agents training course fees are payable prior to the start of the course.
Cancellation & Substitutions:
Cancellations or transfer requests must be made in writing (email, letter or fax) and reach Crown Agents headquarters in Sutton UK 20 working days (four weeks) prior to the course commencement date. Participants who cancel less than 20 working days before the course commencement date, or who do not attend, are liable to pay the full course fee and no refunds will apply.
Transfers on to a different course will be considered within a six month period if course fees have been paid in full. All cancellations and transfer requests will incur a £200 administration fee payable in advance.
Substitutes will be accepted with prior written notice on the terms stated above.
