Dave McGlinchey /

As Head of Programmes Dave directs, manages and quality assures training programmes across all our training portfolios. He is responsible for leading and overseeing quality enhancements within our courses and commissioning and developing our esteemed faculty of training experts and partnerships so we continue to provide world-class training, in line with international business school standards.

Dave has 25 years’ experience in training development, delivery, consultancy, trainer assessment and management covering Africa, the Middle East and the UK. He started out in UK retail banking before becoming a senior training consultant and professional project and programme manager. Dave is a Member of the Learning and Performance Institute and has long been passionate about interactive and participatory learning. His mission is to ensure that our trainers and guest speakers “bring learning to life” on all our programmes, and each of our trainings deliver a unique and rich variety of expertise and practicality.

In his leisure time, Dave enjoys country walks, playing golf and supporting Liverpool FC.
