1. What do you do?
I am the managing director of Crown Agents Zimbabwe. I am a practitioner and researcher and my interest is in public health supply chain management, humanitarian logistics and aid effectiveness in fragile states.
2. What is the best part of your job?
Structuring humanitarian and developmental response programmes. Plotting, setting up and winning business. I have also travelled to the UK, Nairobi, Johannesburg, Maputo and Zambia on training courses, conferences and workshops.
3. What have been your greatest challenges and how have you overcome them?
Working in an environment of mistrust between the international community and recipient government was a challenge. I acted as the trusted party getting the two sides to see the other side's point of view.
4. What have been your career highlights at Crown Agents?
Receiving a commendation from the UK ambassador for excellence and professionalism in executing UKAid programmes under extremely difficult conditions.
