Strategic Performance Management Workshop Dubai

Crown Agents Training designed and delivered a four and half day, highly interactive and outcome focused Senior Leadership course on 13-17 December 2010. In total 37 delegates attended the course as part of our new Executive Leadership Series, and participants came from a range of public and private sector organisations including Ministry of Health Uganda, Bank of Sudan, Central Bank of Nigeria and National Assembly of Nigeria.

Created and delivered by Maria Older, Crown Agents' Head of Programme Delivery and John Bill, Crown Agents' Senior Adviser Management Training, the mixture of self-awareness exercises, reflective discussions of current leadership practices, use of case studies and engagement in role play provided a real opportunity for our clients to improve their organisational performance activities, develop their own leadership approaches in strategic objective setting and enhance their influencing skills.
