Crown Agents' technical assistance provided development, implementation and support for a Large Taxpayer Unity (LTU) in association with the IMF. This support included the provision of an integrated IT solution, TRIPS™-Tax, to process VAT, excise, corporate income tax, corporate PAYE and withholding tax.
Technical assistance activities and inputs included, tax policy advice, IT project management, IT analysis, development and implementation, systems training and post implementation IT support and maintenance.
