Procurement advisory and support

Sound procurement activities make a major contribution to delivering improved public services and achieving project objectives, ensuring that goods, works and services are delivered in accordance with programme.

As one of the world's leading procurement service providers we have over 30 years experience in providing procurement support to a diverse range of clients including Ministries and Agencies responsible for the management of programmes financed by International Financial Institutions. In that time we have developed a thorough understanding of the procurement procedures of all major donors and many national governments. The involvement of Crown Agents gives confidence to project managers, funding bodies and suppliers alike that procurement will be conducted in a professional and accountable manner.

We have provided support on programmes where procurement is in accordance with the World Bank guidelines, the rules and procedures of the African Development Bank as well as the national procurement legislation of a number of countries.

We have worked extensively in reconstruction and post - conflict environments including Afghanistan, South Sudan, Haiti, Iraq and Liberia, and are also providing procurement advisory services in Uganda and Nepal as well as supporting the Millennium Challenge programmes in Tanzania, Mongolia and Morocco.
