1. Why did you decide to work for Crown Agents?
I was introduced to Crown Agents by a very dedicated employee and I was immediately attracted to the way the company functions, its values and what it represents. I am now head of the Crown Agents regional office for the South East Europe (SEE) region.
2. What is the best part of your job?
Positioning Crown Agents in the SEE region has increased the ongoing challenges rising from introducing new perspectives every day. This does not leave much space for daily routine or a standard approach but it has enabled continuous development and professional evolution in the office.
3. What have been your career highlights at Crown Agents?
Launching my professional career at Crown Agents as country manager for Macedonia and playing an instrumental role in broadening the range of activities and geographical coverage to Kosovo and other areas in the SEE region.
4. What are your greatest achievements?
I would emphasise the negotiations for the Macedonian Customs reforms project - the complexity of the matter, the unpredictability of the outcome, the constant rise of new challenges and the successful efforts to overcome them and forge mutually acceptable and beneficial solutions.
Also, supporting national government efforts in the region for European integration, including on-going constructive discussions and searching for better solutions introduces particular energy and vigour in my day-to-day work.
