Our supply chain, financial management and consultancy expertise has supported a number of projects in Pakistan with clients including DFID, the Japanese government, the Earthquake Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Authority, BHC, AsDB, WB, EC, JICA, and several ministries.  Our work includes:

  • Cross-government reforms to build capacity, strengthen public financial management and accountability leading to improved public services (Punjab Government Efficiency Improvement Programme and Public Resource Management Program)
  • Framework contract with DFID for procurement including bailey bridges to help 2010 flood victims
  • Formulation mission supporting access to justice for vulnerable groups
  • Institutional support to the trade regime and customs reform
  • Strengthening procurement systems and building capacity in line with government poverty reduction strategies
