To enable us to deliver tailored solutions that meet the need of each individual client, Crown Agents is continuously recruiting experienced consultants across the globe with a background in customs, trade facilitation, supply chain management, HR management and change managment.
To support us in the delivery of a wide range of training, mentoring and capacity building initiatives worldwide, we are particularly interested in hearing from consultants with at least 5 years experience in the following areas:
- Conducting training needs analyses
- Developing training curricula and materials
- Delivery of training and facilitation of workshops
- Design and delivery of 'Train the Trainer' programmes
- Delivery of 'on the ground' mentoring and support in all areas of Customs operations
- Human Resource Management, particularly in a Customs or Government Agency environment
Crown Agents is particularly interested to hear from consultants with a working knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese, French and Arabic.
