Mentoring programmes, which typically last for three years, involve training and mentoring our client's staff in all aspects of reserve management. Each programme is flexible to suit the client's requirements and is delivered through in-house, UK-based or regional workshops as well as distance learning (via the Bloomberg system and email) and short attachments to our UK headquarters.
