UNDP selected Crown Agents to provide advisory services in support of aid effectiveness policy objectives in line with the Paris Declaration and UNDP/international best practices.
We will assess the capacity for national aid coordination and management, support the development of capacity of senior government staff to effectively lead donor/government dialogue mechanisms and develop the aid management capacities of relevant ministries. This will include project cycle management, proposal preparation, appraisal, selection of aid modalities, aid tracking/analysis, debt management, monitoring and evaluation.
Finally, we will help develop the capacity of the legislature for ODA oversight and internal/external resource planning and allocation through Medium Term Expenditure Frameworks and the budget (especially in middle income countries).
