The Government of Japan has developed "Grant Aid for Environment and Climate Change" to help recipient countries to cope with the challenge of climate change. This assistance includes projects for the introduction of clean energy by solar electricity generation systems to increase the use of renewal energy and thus in turn reduce greenhouse gas emissions in recipient countries.
