MONITORING, EVALUATION, AND LEARNING (MEL)
Helping partners and governments to evaluate project performance, build their monitoring, evaluation, and learning capacity, and determine outcomes and lessons learned
We design and implement a full range of evidence-based monitoring, analysis, performance evaluation, knowledge management, as well as collaboration, learning, and adaptation systems to USAID and the Department of State. These services provide the vital information needed to improve program performance.
We build on nearly three decades of experience in the design, monitoring, and evaluation of international development programs to assist partners and host country governments in all aspects of performance management and evaluations. We are well-known for the quality of our socio-economic research and analysis in designing and implementing evaluations and assessments under agricultural, economic growth, information technologies, and rural development programs.
Our work in data collection to monitor and evaluate economic and agricultural development and food security activities worldwide has been presented to the U.S. Congress, U.S. Government agencies (including USAID headquarters and USAID Bureau and Mission leadership and staff), implementing partners, and the public at large.
Our core competencies include:
- Establishing Baselines
- Creating Results Frameworks
- Designing Performance Management Plans (PMPs) and Systems
- Formative (Mid-Term) and Summative (Final) Evaluations
- Experimental, Quasi-Experimental, and Non-Experimental Designs
- Monitoring & Evaluation Framework Training
