Crown Agents successfully ran two local open training courses in India in 2011 as a pilot initiative to assess the local training market in India and other South Asian countries:
- June 2011: Inspirational Leadership: Building High Performance Teams
- July 2011: Project Management: Planning, Implementing, Monitoring and Evaluation
Delegates came from various government departments, donors, UN agencies, CSR Units, NGOs and development agencies. The course was well-received by delegates, who said: "I admire your (trainer's) energy level, communication skills and your patience. It was a well-taught course." "This is the best training I have ever received!"
In addition to the open training courses, Crown Agents will continue to work with clients to develop customised training courses and offer mentoring and coaching solutions to meet specific training needs.
