Crown Agents expands training programme into India

19 July 2011

Crown Agents made its third foray into the Asian training market with the launch of two training courses in New Delhi, India, over the past month.

The training courses on Inspirational Leadership and Project Management follow a successful series of courses in Malaysia and Dubai in December 2010.

Inspirational Leadership: Building High Performance Teams, which ran from 7th-9th June, attracted a diverse range of delegates from government implemented development projects to leading NGOs and Corporate Social Responsibility Units.

The course, which covered cutting-edge leadership strategies, mentoring skills and understanding the impact of your own leadership style, was commended by delegates for being "very well-structured and motivational" and "helpful for personal development plus full of fun learning exercises".

India country manager Devashish Banerji said that the training programmes helped to raise the confidence of the Crown Agents India team working on developing the training business in India.

"All the participants were highly impressed by the knowledge and experience of our international trainers, the interactive training methodology and the quality of our course, which they found truly world class," he said.

Plans are underway to further establish Crown Agents training in India and we will be unveiling specific details in a training calendar in due course.
