British Expertise awarded Crown Agents a Healthcare Project of the Year award in 2008 for dramatically improving Zambia's Medical Stores Limited (MSL) since 2004.
This ongoing project and related work is transforming Zambia's health supply system.Crown Agents has worked in Zambia since 1988, providing procurement assistance and outsourcing to donors, ministries and the private sector.
We also act as the multi-funded Public Expenditure Management and Financial Accountability Programme for the Ministry of Finance and National Planning.
We provide training for local institutions such as the Central Bank and the National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA).
As the procurement agent for the NGO Churches Health Association of Zambia we source antiretroviral drugs, laboratory equipment and mosquito bednets for 125 health institutions across the country.
Crown Agents Zambia is responsible for our work in Malawi including the management of its Japanese Non-Project Grant Aid.
