How to apply:
To attend one of our courses, please:
- fully complete, sign and return an application form
- register your interest online
- contact your local Crown Agents office

Course Fees:
The course fees cover the cost of:
- tuition
- training materials (on memory stick and some hard copy)
- lunch and refreshments on training days
- certificate of attendance and course photograph
- membership of the Crown Agents alumni website
- transfers from the training venue to the airport at the end of the course (UK courses only)
- support and advice from your local Crown Agents' office on the application and mobilisation process where necessary
- qualification registration and professional memebership fees (where applicable)
Tax:
Fees for our UK courses are quoted exclusive of UK Value Added Tax which is applied at the standard rate to all non-exempt bodies as determined by UK HM Revenue & Customs.
Fees for courses outside the UK are quoted exclusive of local taxes
Payment:
Course fees are payable prior to the start of the course
Cancellation & Substitutions:
Cancellations or transfer requests must be made in writing (email, letter or fax) and reach Crown Agents headquaters in Sutton UK 20 working days (four weeks) prior to the course commencement date. Participants who cancel less than 20 working days before the course commencement date, or who do not attend, are liable to pay the full course fee and no refunds will apply.
Transfers on to a different course will be considered within a six month period if course fees have been paid in full. All cancellations and tansfer requests will incur a £200 administration fee payable in advance.
Substitutes will be accepted with prior written notice on the terms stated above.
Visa Information:
Please allow enough time to obtain a visa to attend our UK or worldwide courses if applicable. In our experience, this process can take between six and eight weeks. Crown Agents is able to assist by providing a visa support letter provided a booking has been made and full payment of tuition fees has been received. Please contact us for more information.
Insurance:
Please ensure that you have made the necessary arrangements for personal, medical and travel insurance prior to travelling to the course
Accommodation:
All our training courses, both in the UK and worldwide, are priced on a non-residential basis enabling participants to choose accommodation to match their needs and budgets. For our UK courses we are able to provide advice and guidance on the discounted accommodation available. Please contact us for more information
