The Commonwealth Secretariat Debt Recording and Management System (CS-DRMS) is a world-leading debt software for managing a government's entire debt portfolio. It is more than a repository of debt data, however, and can reinforce best practices in debt management, control operational risk and be used to create innovative analysis and reporting frameworks.This advanced level course will provide users with the knowledge and confidence to fully adapt CS-DRMS to the operational context.
