The pursuit of quality and consistent project management tools has created the need for project managers to sharpen their knowledge and skills in project cycle management.
This programme has been designed to provide participants with a thorough understanding of project cycle management theory and the framework. It will expose participants to modern thinking, insight and practical tools required to plan, design, implement, monitor and evaluate small, medium and large complex scale projects effectively. Participants will also develop policy formulation skills and become proficient at utilising participatory project planning processes.

This course is designed as a stand-alone course, but participants will gain most benefit from attending two or more complementary modules.
