Human Resource Management (HRM) is the strategic approach to how an organisation manages its most valuable asset - it's people. HRM has been pivotal in how organisation have dealt with the recent global economic crises, influencing their ability to survive.

This internationally has been designed to allow participants to explore key HRM strategy and identify which approach is most suited to their organisation. It will also provide them with the tools to examine current HRM practices and to determine how these can be improved within their own areas.
