What do the course fees include?
All Crown Agents training courses include:
- Tuition
- Training materials on memory stick or hard copy
- Lunch and refreshments on training days
- Certificate of attendance
- Course photograph (UK courses only) check MO
- Qualification registration and professional membership fees (where applicable)
- Support and advice from your local Crown Agents' office on the application and mobilisation process where necessary
When do I pay for the course?
All training course fees are payable prior to the start of the courseas outlined in our terms and conditions.
Do I need insurance?
We recommend that you make the necessary arrangements for personal, medical and travel insurance before travelling.
Can Crown Agents help me apply for a visa?
Crown Agents will provide you with a visa support letter provided that a booking has been received. For more information on the visa application process visit www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/countries.
What language will the course be delivered in?
Crown Agents scheduled training courses are delivered in English and require participants to have a good level of spoken and written English.
We can deliver custom designed courses in other languages. Please contact us for further information.
What accomodation options are available?
All Crown Agents training courses are priced on a non-residential basis enabling participants to choose accommodation to match their needs and budgets. We are able to provide advice and guidance on discounted accommodation in the local area.
What is the dress code?
The dress code for our courses is smart/casual wear. However, you are more than welcome to wear your regional/national dress, especially for the certificate presentation and course photographs.
