Crown Agents opened its Representative Office in Moscow in 1992. Throughout this period we have been providing professional advisory, procurement and training services to our public and private sector clients in support of their development objectives.
Our sectoral involvement in Russia has been quite diverse, including health, agriculture, public finances, infrastructure, energy and nuclear safety. Crown Agents Moscow has been directly involved in implementing high profile nuclear clean-up projects in the Russian Federation, funded through the G8 Global Partnership Programmes. In the area of public finance, we have been helping to improve the management and operational capacity of revenue authorities.
Whilst our work is often associated with donor programmes, the key to success is in long-term cooperation with Russian professional organisations and private companies. Our business partnership with the State University - Higher School of Economics was reinforced when HSE became a member of the Crown Agents Foundation.
Today Crown Agents Moscow is staffed with multi-lingual professionals in procurement and human and institutional development managing projects throughout Russia and her neighbouring CIS countries.
