Crown Agents has worked in Romania since 1990, providing procurement, logistics and engineering services to government institutions.
In 1993 Crown Agents established a representative office, staffed by nationals, to maintain regular contact with ministries, local partners, embassies and international funding agencies. It has also supported technical assistance to donor-funded projects for health sector rehabilitation, developing human resources, enterprise restructuring and private sector development, procurement advice for the energy sector and prioritisation of public investment.
We have worked closely with the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, Council of Reform, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Finance, Public Electricity Company and the European Institute of Romania.
Since 2001, we have been represented by Biroul Crown Srl. Over the past four years Crown Agents Romania has developed project cycle management consultancy and training for institutions in Romania, Peru, UAE and Ethiopia.
