During the week of 16th November Crown Agents Investment Management (CAIM) hosted a reserves management workshop, run at our head office in the UK for central bank officials. 
This high level intensive workshop was attended by seven invited participants from the group's central bank clients. It provided a forum where senior officers responsible for reserves management could participate in interactive facilitated sessions and case studies looking at issues such as currency diversification, targeting higher income and best practice in front, middle and back office operations.
The aim of these workshops is to support senior management in developing individual skills and stronger institutional processes.
