 | Paul Batchelor, Chairman (Non-executive), was appointed chairman on 1 May 2007 having been a non-executive director of the company since 2006. Paul is a former member of PWC's Global Management Team, responsible for strategy development. A development economist by background, he has, as a management consultant, specialised in major international development projects and the reform of public enterprises, public services and public administration.  | Terence Jagger CBE, Chief Executive, joined Crown Agents in March 2011 from one of the most senior civilian roles within the Ministry of Defence, command secretary of the RAF at their HQ in High Wycombe, UK. His 16-year career with the MoD included roles as the political advisor to the NATO commander in Kabul and head of the private finance initiative. He also led the privatisation of QinetiQ. Prior to this he spent several years in the private sector with companies such as Shell, American Express, Burmah Oil and Unigate.  | Jenny Borden OBE, Director (Non-executive), is an independent consultant in the international development field. She is Chair of the Fair Trade Advocacy Office in Brussels and was Chair of Practical Action, the Intermediate Technology Development Group and a past Chair of British Overseas NGOs for Development. She was appointed to the board in June 1998. Until 2000 she was International Director and Deputy Director of Christian Aid.

 | Garry Hopcroft, Director, Corporate Performance, joined Crown Agents in December 1999 and is responsible for driving our efforts to improve corporate performance. Prior to this role Garry was Director, Supply Chain Services for 5 years which was integrated with Consulting & Project Management in 2009. Garry is also Chairman of the board of directors of Crown Agents USA Inc. overseeing our US business and ensuring we maximise growth. Before joining Crown Agents Garry held a number of positions at senior management and Director level within the high value, distribution and logistics industry in Southern Africa where he gained strong change management skills to add to his general management and financial experience.

 | Dr Chris Masters CBE, Director (Non-executive), joined the board in 2005. He holds a number of other non-executive directorships, including the John Wood Group PLC, Alliance Trust PLC and the Scottish Chamber Orchestra. He is also Chairman of the Festival Theatres City Trust in Edinburgh. He was previously chief executive of Christian Salvesen PLC, executive chair of Aggreko PLC and chair of the Scottish Higher Education Funding Council, the Babtie Group and the Scottish Media Group. An industrial chemist by training, he is a fellow of the Royal Society of Edinburgh and has been awarded honorary doctorates from the Universities of Edinburgh, St Andrews, Strathclyde and Dundee Abertay.

He is a former Solicitor and partner of Linklaters LLP where he specialised in all aspects of corporate work, including mergers and acquisitions as well as public offerings of securities. He has a wide experience of corporate and corporate finance transactions in the UK, Europe and the Far East, with a recent focus on the Middle East and India. He is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales and a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Hong Kong. |
 | Nigel Platts FCA, Director (Non-executive), joined the board in 2003 and is Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee. He is a former partner of KPMG where he specialised in audit and advisory services to a wide range of international clients in areas including electronics, international trading, transport and shipping, banking and fund management. He was the first Managing Partner of international business and subsequently the first Managing Partner of K-Legal. He is advisor to a UK medical research charity.

 | Stephen Ramsey FCA, Director, Consulting & Project Management, joined Crown Agents in 2006 and is responsible for the consulting and project management business. This covers all aspects of consultancy and project implementation relating to our work in institutional development and capacity building in the areas of customs, trade facilitation, taxation, aid, and debt management. He is also responsible for the development and delivery of our supply chain services. He formerly worked at WRC plc and has held a variety of international posts with the Commonwealth Development Corporation. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

A marketing professional, he is experienced in strategic business development, key account management and running international operations. He is responsible for the key client relationships in HMG (UK), Government of Japan and USAID (USA) and is a board member of the UK Japan 21st Century Group and Chairman of British Expertise. Steve has previously worked for Unilever in Tokyo and widely in Africa with Cadbury Schweppes. In 2009 Steve became a Fellow of the Institute of Food Science and Technology. |

 | Lynn Hale, Company Secretary, joined Crown Agents in 1970 and initially worked in procurement before spending a number of years based in Nairobi as Regional Manager in Eastern Africa. Prior to his appointment as Company Secretary in 2002 he was Strategic Planning Manager for the Crown Agents group.

 | Trevor Niven FCA, Director, Group Financial and Accounting Services, is a Chartered Accountant who has spent his entire post-qualification career in commerce in various financial management roles. Prior to joining Crown Agents in 1996 he worked for nine years as Group Financial Controller of an international freight forwarding and industrial property group, followed by eleven years as Finance Director of a branded wines and spirits company. He was appointed Director of Group Financial and Accounting Services in 2004.
