The UK's Department for International Development has appointed Crown Agents as prime contractor for a reproductive health care project in Zimbabwe. The Delivery Team Topping Up project assists the Zimbabwe National Family Planning Council (ZNFPC) to deliver contraceptives to rural public health centres.
During the next five years we will manage the entire reproductive health commodities supply chain including in-bound and out-bound contraceptive deliveries. To ensure sustainability we are also integrating HIV/AIDS programming which will provide stakeholders with critical intelligence for the project's continuation.
Crown Agents has been involved in this project since 2003 when we were sub-contracted to JSI Europe.
